Your questions, answered
As we adapt to new norms and expectations, we’ve adopted a new standard of cleanliness and ways of working within our hotel, and as everything looks a little different, we wanted to answer some commonly asked questions.
In line with government legislation, it is now mandatory to wear a face-covering in all public spaces within our hotel to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Guests are not required to wear a face-covering when eating or drinking within the hotel, however, a face covering should be worn to and from the table. Children under 11 and those with health issues are exempt from wearing a face-covering.
